When you contact us by phone, text, email, or our website form, we collect what you give us: your name, company, phone number, email, and the reason you reached out. We use it to respond to you and to provide IT services. Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (page counts only, no personal tracking). Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated abuse; it may set a cookie and process your IP address to tell humans from bots, and nothing more.
Our support line for calls and texts is (470) 948-0001. You can opt in to receive support-related text messages from us in two ways: by giving verbal consent when you call us and are asked "Would you like to receive text updates about your request?", or by texting us first at that number.
Messages are customer care only: follow-ups to your calls and support tickets, and maintenance notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for marketing. We share it only when needed to provide the service you asked for (for example, a hardware vendor processing your warranty claim) or when the law requires it.
